Covid-19 Information (updated 30 May 2020)
We are currently closed to guests and plan to re-open from 4th July in line with current Government guidance.
We are allowing new reservations to be made in the hope that we will be able to accommodate you. However, we will provide a full refund if we cannot accommodate you due to Covid-19.
Please be aware that if you make a reservation with us but you cancel within 30 days of arrival our normal terms and conditions will apply and your 30% deposit will not be refunded. This does not apply should we have to cancel your reservation.
If you already have a reservation and we are unable to accommodate you due to Covid-19 restrictions, rest assured we will provide a full refund.
When we do re-open we will maintain our high levels of hygiene and cleanliness, ensuring that we wear appropriate PPE when servicing the accommodation. We may not be able to show our guests around the property on arrival and will leave a key to enable guests to let themselves in. We will provide plenty of information about the accommodation and will be at the end of the phone should you need us during your stay.
