On placing a booking we request a 30% deposit to secure your reservation and the balance is payable 4 weeks before arrival. We accept payment by bank transfer or cheque. We are not able to take card details/payments. Please read our terms and conditions before making a reservation and we do advise you to arrange holiday insurance.
Arrival is from 3pm and whilst we normally meet guests on arrrival we are now doing things differently due to Covid 19. Following a thorough clean and disinfection the property will be vacant for 24-hours before you arrive. We will leave a door key in a key safe outside so you can access the house. Plenty of information is provided to assist you during your stay and we live nearby should you have any issues.
Whilst Hanover Cottage is an old property and not built specifically for wheelchair access, it may still be suitable if you have restricted mobility. Apart from a low step on entering the house, the ground-floor bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom are on one level. The ground-floor bathroom is very spacious and has a low level walk-in shower and hand rail. Please view our access statement for more details and contact us to discuss your individual requirements.
We ask that guests leave the property no later than 10am on their last day. To reduce the risk of cross-infection we are asking guests to strip beds and empty waste bins before leaving. You are expected to leave the accommodation tidy and report any breakages or damages to the owner.
